Barbie has outdone herself on this job. Fully portered inside and out, including the shampooing of the front seats in my wife’s car. Her comment when we picked up the car was “Holy cow, it looks better than when it was brand new.”

These people are miracle workers! I had a half gallon of milk spill on the carpet behind the driver’s seat, tried cleaning it myself, but I couldn’t get the smell out. I received an e-mail response within 30 minutes of my initial contact on a Friday night! Once they got their hands on the car, they removed the carpet, replaced the padding, and cleaned the entire interior. The car smells like new, which I didn’t think was possible.

Have never had a car detailed before but, WOW, Barb did an outstanding job. We were very impressed. She even found the rotting tomato under the seat, which was starting to cause an offensive odor. Our car is a black SUV, shows every little scratch, etc. All scratches removed. Paint had oxidized but now has a brilliant mirror finish. Just a great overall job.

The car is two years old and had not received a coat of wax since the showroom. The car looked brand new, inside and out, after Barb and her crew were finished. Could not be happier with the result.

It was a long day–in at 8:00, out at 5:30 (I was late, they waited for me). They gave me a loaner to use for the day, which was better than arranging transportation or sitting somewhere for hours. I came home with wet mats in the trunk (they should dry overnight), but the car is spotless inside and out.

Taking my CR-V to Custom Portering was a fantastic experience. The SUV turned out great! They performed The Complete Portering Package, which detailed the interior and exterior. I was amazed at how they got rid of all of the surface scratches on our black CR-V. The leather shined on the inside, and they also colored the back storage area carpet of the CR-V since it has taken a beating in the past. Everything exceeded my expectations. I will be taking my CR-V to Custom Portering in the future.

My experience with Custom Portering was tremendous. I had not had any detailing done to my vehicle in 10 years. But it was time for my car to be cleaned thoroughly. I was initially hesitant about the price but given the other reviews I read I knew it was the one I was going to go with. When I got my vehicle back, I was amazed. It looked almost brand new. I had not seen my car look that good since the day I got it. My only regret is that I didn’t get the exterior done as well but I will definitely be going back. My husband was so impressed with the job he wants to take his car. Definitely recommend these guys!!!

They did a wonderful job on my 2008 Jeep. Custom Portering had my car for about eight hours. It literally looks better than the day we drove it off the showroom floor.
