My family has been going to Custom Portering since the early 90’s. We’ve probably had a dozen different cars through them. Barb & her sister have done a fantastic job on every car we’ve taken to them. Exterior, interior, trunk & engine… all are spotless once they’re done. Scheduling is easy, drop-off and pick-up are convenient (between Hampton & Capitol, near 124th St.). They have gift cards as well. Treat someone! They aren’t the cheapest portering service, but their fees are reasonable, and you get what you pay for.

We have four boys, and the carpet in the vehicle was very dirty. They got it cleaned up like new and better than we expected. They will do all our vehicles in the future.

Second time I used their service. They were polite, service oriented and most importantly competent.

They Really want to please and bend over backwards on pick up time, for example, for my vehicle but then unable to have it done on time. I’d rather know the truth, what they really can do. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. I might try them again but just emphasize what they can for sure be accountable for time wise.

Completely detailed my 24-foot RV. I had inherited it from my father, and it had been in storage. They cleaned the interior, including the appliances, bath, carpeting and upholstery. External cleaning included washing and buffing to remove oxidation and waxing. It was fantastic, and they were extremely easy to work with.

Detailed my Mercury Mountaineer inside and out. My 2006 model never had a deep cleaning in its life. Carpets were stained and filthy. The interior looked like new when they were finished. Every nook & cranny was spotless. Exterior looked great, too. Dealt with a man upon arrival and a woman (Barbie?) on pick-up. Both were very enthusiastic and engaging regarding detailing of my SUV. I am frugal (a cheapskate), and the price seemed a little high, but it was very apparent they spent a lot of time. The service was worth every penny! Highly recommended!

Excellent. Car very “old” and dirty in moving. Returned very “new,” lovely in late afternoon. Did everything they told me they would. Came back much better than expected.

They were able to perform the cleanout without an appointment, and they completed the job within a reasonable amount of time while I waited.  The service was well worth the cost.

They did a fantastic job of detailing the interior and exterior of the car. They did a very thorough job of cleaning and waxing the car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto detailing service.
