Professional Fleet Detailing — Butler, WI

Fleet Vehicle Detailing
Built on Trust.

Trusted by Harley-Davidson, Briggs & Stratton, and Lakeland Auto. Fleet accounts welcome. Flexible scheduling, consistent results. Butler, WI since 1981.

What We Do

Your vehicles represent your business.

Fleet vehicles are rolling brand ambassadors. A dirty, neglected fleet communicates something specific to your clients, your partners, and the public — something most businesses would rather not communicate. Professional fleet detailing communicates the opposite.

Custom Portering has served commercial fleet accounts since 1981. Our fleet clients include Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Briggs & Stratton, and Lakeland Auto — organizations that expect consistent results and reliable scheduling. We coordinate with fleet managers to work around operational requirements. Vehicles don’t all need to come in at once. We accommodate rolling schedules, maintenance plans, and seasonal restoration appointments.

There is no fleet minimum. Whether you operate 2 vehicles or 20, we can build a service plan that fits your needs and budget.

How It Works

Your appointment,
step by step.

01

Fleet Assessment

We review your vehicle list, current condition, and scheduling requirements. Per-vehicle pricing is established upfront by type and service level.

02

Initial Restoration

Vehicles not previously detailed receive a full restoration appointment — complete interior and exterior detail — to bring them to a professional baseline.

03

Scheduled Maintenance

Maintenance visits address services needed based on elapsed time and vehicle use: interior clean, exterior wash and wax, engine bay, or full detail.

04

Condition Documentation

We document vehicle condition on each visit, noting new damage, fluid leaks, or concerns your fleet manager should be aware of.

05

Turnaround & Return

Vehicles are returned at agreed times. We understand operational downtime is costly and work to minimize vehicle off-road time.

06

Account Management

Regular fleet clients receive consistent scheduling, stable pricing, and a direct line to the shop — not a different person every call.
